G.I. Joe Retaliation Movies tells the story of a raid group Cobra spy Zartan called resulting in all members of the GI Joe was killed, leaving only 3 people that Duke Hauser, played by Channing Tatum, Roadblock, played by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Lady Jaye Adrianne Palicki starring are still alive.

To avenge his comrades who were killed, they were planning to do a counter-attack to Zartan. But strangely after the assault incident conducted by Zartan on GI members Joe, the team G.I. Joe even accused of being a war criminal.

Inquired have inquired, they eventually learn that the U.S. government has been infiltrated by the enemy, and the president is actually being held captive somewhere. Feeling desperate, Roadblock finally decided to ask for help to Joe Colton, played by Bruce Willis. Can they beat Zartan and his cronies.
